Overview
Seely Road was a complicated, yet rewarding job to undertake, as the building was surrounded by neighbouring residential properties and party walls.
We initially stripped out the building, back to shell , so we could then install temporary works to some of the existing party walls. Once all temporary works were in place, the scaffolding was erected to assist the removal of the roof, walls and slabs within the building structure.
We are pleased with our works and hope to assist Finlaw Properties LTD in future projects.
