Overview
Titan Demolition are currently undergoing the demolition for 9-19 Rushey Green.
Project breakdown of the tasks completed:
- Termination of existing services
- Installation of temporary welfare
- Installation of temporary lighting
- Installation of temporary site power
- Complete strip out back to shell
- Strip out of toilet areas
- Strip out of kitchens
- Strip out of store rooms / racking
- Strip out of all Mechanical + Electrical
- Removal of ceilings
- Removal of plasterboard partition walls
- Removal of floor coverings
- Removal of wall & floor tiles
- Removal of ducting
- Removal of window finishes
- Removal of raised flooring
- Removal of all waste on Titan wait& loads
- Installation of scaffold crash decks by Titan
- Installation of new steel work by Titan
- Segregation of all waste in to Titan wheelie bins
- Using continuous dust suppression
- Supplying a full site set up including a welfare unit
- Demolition using top down method
