Overview
Titan Demolition carried out the complete soft strip and demolition works at Giovanna’s Rana Restaurant, Regents Place, Triton street, London. These works were undertaken during night shift hours with all waste clearance being managed each morning at the end of each shift.
Works consisted of the full removal of all items back to landlord’s Specification for re-occupation of a new tenant. Including kitchenware, furniture, wall covering, floor finishing’s, suspended ceilings and isolated M+E services.
All works were completed before the anticipated completion date and site handed over ready for follow on trades.
Titan Demolition played a Principle Contractor role for this project for the client back in Italy. Managing all:
- Isolations and disconnections
- Installation of temporary supplies
- General site set up
- Health & safety on site
- Liaising with Regents Place Management team daily
- Waste Management
