Overview
Titan Demolition carried out the complete soft strip and demolition works at 2 London Bridge, London. These works were undertaken during Day & Night shift hours with all waste clearance being managed continuously during the project via Wait and load trucks.
Works consisted of the removal of all items back to external wall for refurbishment. Including kitchenware, partition wall removal, Glazed walling, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, raised computer flooring and isolated M+E services. Throughout the duration of the works Titan demolition continuously monitored the noise levels of the occupied building above and adjusted our working hours to suit. We continuously worked along side other trades on site.
All works were completed within the anticipated completion date and site handed over ready for follow on trades.
Titan Demolition played a Contractor role for this project. Managing all:
- Day to day issues
- Health & safety on site
- Retaining live service and left in situ
- Liaising with Interior Motive Ltd Management team daily
- Waste Management
