Overview
Titan Demolition carried out the complete soft strip and demolition works at Moncler, 197 Sloane Street, Belgravia, London, SW1X 9QX. These works were undertaken during daytime hours with all waste clearance being cleared continuously throughout the project.
Works consisted of the full removal of all items back to landlord’s specification for re-occupation of a new tenant. Including kitchenware, removal of racking and shelving, furniture, wall covering, floor finishing’s, suspended ceilings, isolated M & E services and Screed removal to basement level.
All works were completed before the anticipated completion date and site handed over ready for follow on trades. The site was signed off by the client and Moncler themselves.
